  1. INSTRUCTIONS
    A. All proposals must be received at the office below no later than 3 p.m. on January 12, 2026. All proposals must be typewritten and submitted on 8 ½” x 11″ paper. Faxed and emailed proposals will NOT be accepted. Sealed proposals should be delivered via mail or in-person to:
    Town of Enfield, Town Clerk Mary Cornell
    168 Enfield Main Road
    Ithaca, NY 14850
    **Town Clerk’s hours are Monday – Thursday 11 am – 4pm.

  2. B. Indicate BID ENCLOSED on the envelope containing the sealed bid. Failure to do so may result in the premature opening of the bid which may compromise its confidentiality and necessitate rejection. An improperly submitted bid resulting in a LATE BID may not be considered.
