All messages to townboard@townofenfieldny.gov, are automatically forwarded to the current Town Supervisor (Stephanie Redmond) and all current council members. All messages sent to the Town of Enfield are subject to the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), which allows members of the public to request information from state and federal agencies. About the Town Board

The Enfield Town Board is the legislative branch of the town, elected to represent residents in collective decision-making and ensure the proper functioning of town services. The Board consists of four Councilpersons (four-year terms) and one Supervisor (two-year term).

All members hold voting power and are responsible for town legislation, budget adoption, and personnel decisions. Additionally, Board members serve as liaisons to various town and county committees and departments through annual individual assignments.

The Town Board meets at the Enfield Community Building, located at 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY 14850. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30 p.m.

  • Agenda Requests: To request that an item be placed on the agenda, please submit your request in advance via email to townboard@townofenfieldny.gov, by mail to 168 Enfield Main Road, or via the Secure Drop Box outside Town Hall.
  • Public Privilege of the Floor: An opportunity is provided at the start of each regular monthly meeting for residents to address the Board with questions or concerns.
  • Speaking Procedures: Residents wishing to speak must be present at the start of the meeting and sign in to signify their intent to address the Board.
